The Project

We were tasked with some commercial property maintenance in Retford for this customer, completing a full security upgrade at their business premises following a full building renovation. We upgraded all external locks on the premises to Ultion 3* TS007 anti-snap locks with thumb turns to allow staff to quickly unlock and lock the doors internally should they require them and lock and unlock the door with a key as usual externally. As well as fitting mechanical coded locks on 3x internal doors to help restrict access throughout the building

From there, we installed a Visonic wireless alarm system throughout the building. This system allows staff members to set and unset the alarm via a key tag, keyfob, or their own code. It lets owners remotely monitor and control the alarm system through the Visonic-Go smartphone app.

For the final security upgrade, we installed a 5-camera Dahua Analogue CCTV system that records on a motion-detection basis, helping to improve the time span of the hard drive before it rewrites the recordings. This system also allows owners to monitor the CCTV system remotely through the DMSS smartphone app.
